James V. Usera is an associate attorney with Harris, Wyatt & Amala, LLC, and his practice focuses on insurance defense among other areas of civil litigation. After graduating from Southern Utah University in 2001 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice, Mr. Usera earned a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 2005.  Mr. Usera was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2005 and was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon in 2007.  He is a member of the Marion County Bar Association, the Multnomah County Bar Association, and the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel.

Randall W. Snow is an associate attorney with Harris, Wyatt & Amala, LLC, and his practice areas include criminal defense, DUII, driver license suspension, traffic violations, expungements, personal injury, and insurance defense.   After graduating from Claremont McKenna College in 2001, Mr. Snow attended Willamette University College of Law where he was a member of the Law Review.  Mr. Snow earned a J.D. in 2007, and was also admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2007.  Mr. Snow is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the Marion County Bar Association, the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and Willamette Valley Inns of Court.
