Gig Wyatt is a partner in the law firm of Harris, Wyatt & Amala, LLC, and his practice focuses primarily on DUII, criminal defense, and personal injury cases (See www.SalemDUI.com).  After graduating from University of Nevada at Las Vegas in 1980, Mr. Wyatt earned a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law.  Mr. Wyatt has been a trial lawyer since 1985 and has tried literally hundreds of jury trials.  He has been an invited guest speaker at annual OCDLA seminars discussing DUII defense, Intoxilyzer defense, and administrative hearings for license suspensions.  Mr. Wyatt is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the Marion County Bar Association, and the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
