James B. Rich is a partner in the law firm of Harris, Wyatt & Amala, LLC. After graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1993 with a B.A. (with distinction) in Political Science, Mr. Rich earned a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 1997. While at Willamette, Mr. Rich earned a Certificate in Dispute Resolution and was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Rich’s practice includes trial and appellate advocacy in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, and wrongful death. Mr. Rich was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1997, and to the U.S. District Court, District of Oregon in 2002. He is a member of the Marion County Bar Association, the Multnomah County Bar Association, and the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel.
