James A. Wickwire is a partner in the law firm of Harris, Wyatt & Amala, LLC, and his practice focuses on insurance defense, construction defect, wrongful death and personal injury litigation.  After graduating with honors from Oregon State University in 1977 (Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society), he earned a J.D. from The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (with honors) in 1980.  He was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1980, the U.S. District Court in 1984 and the Colorado State Bar in 1998 (inactive).  Mr. Wickwire is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the Multnomah County Bar Association and the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel.
